Verb "TO GET"

El verbo to get es usado de muchas formas en inglés y puede ser confuso en ocasiones. Aquí les dejo una lista de los 10 usos más comunes de este verbo que algunos le llaman el "comodín del inglés". Por supuesto, estos no son tooodos los usos de este verbo tan importante, de hecho hay muchas expresiones idiomáticas con "to get", pero si son los más usados. Uso 1
get = adquirir, obtener --"She got a lot of paintings from her uncle"; "They got a new pet"; "Get your results the next day"


Uso 2
get = volverse, ponerse -- (cambiar de un estado al otro, o de una condición a otra) "He got annoyed when he heard the terrible news"; "It must be getting more serious"; Get going!"
